I am on my way to become a chef,

with love in food, culture, travel and happiness!

I really believe that food should be a medium in people’s life. It plays essential role in making connection between people’s social network; and acts a media to introduce the world to people, in terms of culture and nature. People come to the enjoy the cooking because of their personal reasons, like business meal plan, ceremonies or feeding themselves up. I hope my cooking could become a way for emotion delivery. I express my sense of the world to my clients, and they show their feedbacks. Food could make emotional expression, sharing chef’s thesis and experience; cooking makes its way. My sense of the world is about my understanding of cuisine, my experience on the way and my attitude to life. I hope that people who come to my kitchen for food could feel happiness from what they eat, which should be customer-oriented. I hope my cooking could give them what they want, maybe not from me, but my place makes that possible.
