INSPIRATION

MARTIN MATYSIK
Assistant Professor
Chef Martin is my mentor in Culinary Arts. I learned my culinary fundamentals from him. He is the one who lead me on my way to become a real chef, and encourage me to realize my dream.

ZUYI ZHUANG
Cook Writer
I was inspired by Zuyi from 2012, who changed her background to culinary from her PHD degree with Anthropology at her 30 years old. Zuyi's recipes give me lots of memory with my friends. I am inspired by her courage and set up my culinary goal to realize.

RACHEL KHOO
Pastry chef/Food writer
Rachel gives me lots of idea and motivation during my culinary adventure. I knew her from her cooking documentary. She shares recipes with people and makes complexity to be simple. Share and simple is definitely what I want to show in my cuisine.
